We review the new Motorola W370 from Tracfone
This cell phone could pass for the little brother to the extremely popular Motorola Razr. The new Tracfone W370 is really comfortable in your pocket. While not quite as thin when folded up as the Razor it isn't as wide as the Razor either.

Motorola W370 Texting
The Tracfone cellular rate for Texting is .3 units per text both to receive and send. Tracfone charges different rates for texting with different phones. Many cost .5 units per text.

The W370 will eventually be available in stores but for now it is only available at the Tracfone website. You might have to check back at Tracfone.com website. a couple of times to get it. I believe Tracfone has had trouble keeping it in stock.
Tracfone W370 Single Rate
The W370 is a single rate phone meaning all calls will cost one unit per minute used. The roaming rate for many tracfones is 2 units per minute when out of your local area code. The single rate is also good for international calls. You can call many parts of the world and just pay one unit per minute.
Double Minutes for Life (DMFL)
The Tracfone Moto W370 now comes with DMFL. This means all the phone cards you add to your W370 will get twice the face value of minutes. 60 now = 120, 120 now = 240 etc.
Motorola W370 Battery Life
The
battery life of the Motorola W370 from pay as you go Tracfone is
awesome. It will hold it's charge for up to 18 days. Going over two
weeks between charges is awesome. My current prepaid phone the LG 3280
barely makes it 3 days between charges. The BQ50 Lithium Ion battery
is standard on the W370. Motorola and Tracfone use the same battery in the Bluetooth Tracfone Motorola W376g and the Net10 Motorola W375.

Headphone and Mini USB Ports
There are both Headphone and Mini USB ports included on the Moto W370. The headphone jack allows you to talk hands free on your Tracfone or Net10 Phone. If you have the proper cable you can hook your W370 to your computer. With a bit of searching online you should be able to find the software to change your screen and to add more ringtones.
Where will the Tracfone Motorola W370 Work?
The Motorola W370 is a GSM phone. Tracfone buys time from the major networks, they do not have their own towers. The W370 works on the AT&T (cingular), T-Mobile and many of the other GSM networks in the US. If Cingular or T-Mobile work well in your area, this phone will work very well as a Pay as you Go cell phone.
